Tory S. Polin

Associate

Tory Polin represents public and private employers in all areas of labor and employment litigation, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour matters, in both the single plaintiff and class action context. Tory also counsels employers on all aspects of their employment practices and developments in California employment law.

Before joining the firm, Tory was a Deputy Attorney General in the California Attorney General’s Office, and a Deputy District Attorney with the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office. She has in-depth trial, courtroom, and administrative hearing experience. While in law school, Tory served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Cathy A. Bencivengo and the Honorable Mitchell D. Dembin (United States District Court for the Southern District of California), a law clerk in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California, and an intern for the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office. She also served as Lead Articles Editor of the San Diego Law Review and was a member of the Appellate Moot Court Executive Board and National Team. During law school, Tory’s Comment was selected for publication and she became a member of the The Order of Barristers.
