Biography

Biography

Danielle Blackhall represents private and public employers in administrative claims and all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including suits for wrongful termination, harassment, defamation, discrimination, wage and hour matters, and workers’ compensation discrimination. Ms. Blackhall also counsels employers on a variety of matters including employee discipline, disability accommodations, family and medical leave issues, and contract disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Blackhall served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael M. Anello in the Southern District of California, and was an associate at Baker & McKenzie LLP.
